DEPARTURES

Departures are throughout the year. In winter we depart at 8.30 am and in summer at 7.30 am. We fly at sunrise.

We begin inflating balloon first thing in the morning, the most suitable time to fly. The Inflating the balloon takes approx. 30 minutes. A great show!

DURATION OF THE FLIGHT

When the balloon is inflated, we take off. The wind is the master of our way up, reaching altitudes of 2000 metres.

The flight will take between 1 and 1 1/2 hours. During the flight we will celebrate with a Cava toast and typical Catalan almond cake.

We will be met by a 4x4 on landing, taking us back to our point of departure where a celebration lunch awaits us!

The activity ends about midday: approx. 13.00h.


FLIGHT LOCATION

Launching is from Cassà de la Selva, at the foot of "Macizo de Les Gavarres" Mountains.

In just minutes, we will discover the breathtaking beauty of the "Costa Brava" and the plains of "La Selva" and "L'Empordà" a mosaic of picturesque fields, divided by the "Macizo de Les Gavarres" Mountains.

Enjoy the spectacular views of medieval villages: Cassà de la Selva, Llagostera, Cruïlles and Sant Sadurní de l'Heura, surrounded by cultivated fields. You can also view the Medes Islands, the Bay of Roses and the majestic Pyrenees.

Adults: 160 € per person.
Children from 5 to 10 years old:  100 € per person.
